Teaching is highly individualized in small groups of maximum size 6 and in courses of just two (duo). Group courses provide essential techniques for proper pilates and yoga practice. Some provide an introduction to qigong, self-defense, one to stretching and fascial techniques. We fully adapt courses to participants’ physical and health requirements as well as their goals. In the duo courses coaches practice and refine programs with participants throughout the week. At the end of the stay, you will receive your own personal program for further practice.


The programs are on our property in the South of France near the Provençal village of Cucuron. Courses are in our studio or outside with a view of Mont Sainte-Victoire, often painted by Paul Cézanne, the Impressionist painter.

Weekly calendar

  • 10 hours in small groups of maximum six
  • 5 hours in groups of two which cater to personal needs and goals
  • 1 Sunday evening course followed by a cocktail hour
  • 1 personal program designed for further practice

We will provide one group dinner.

Participants and children are welcome to enjoy our property outside of course time.

Sigrid and Walter conduct the courses. Our studio contains pilates equipment such as the reformer, high mat, chair and barrel. Other equipment such as yoga mats, blocs and bandages are provided.
