What you can expect
Teaching is highly individualized in small groups of maximum size 6 and in courses of just two (duo). Group courses provide essential techniques for proper pilates and yoga practice. Some provide an introduction to qigong, self-defense, one to stretching and fascial techniques. We fully adapt courses to participants’ physical and health requirements as well as their goals. In the duo courses coaches practice and refine programs with participants throughout the week. At the end of the stay, you will receive your own personal program for further practice.
The programs are on our property in the South of France near the Provençal village of Cucuron. Courses are in our studio or outside with a view of Mont Sainte-Victoire, often painted by Paul Cézanne, the Impressionist painter.
